If your want to send an email blast, you have to make sure that you have a sender email. The recipient of the email can view the "From" email address.
To do this, you will first need to verify the domain of the email.
- Custom domains need to be verified once
(eg. sample@company.com - company.com needs to be verified once)
- Click the Settings icon on the side menu bar
- Click on Email verification under Campaign settings
- Click on the Verify email button on the right-hand side corner
- Enter your desired sender email address
- Click the Send verification code button
- Retrieve the verification code from your inbox
- Key in the verification code and click Verify
- View the DNS records and configure the settings with your hosting provider*
(this step is crucial and email address will not work without this step) - When the settings is approved, you will be notified by email
*Please make sure the settings are configured correctly. Check if your hosting provider automatically appends the DNS suffix. If the verification appeared as failed in the Email verification settings, please delete and restart the verification process again.
- Non-custom domains need to be verified by each email
(sample@gmail.com - each email needs to be verified individually)
- Click the Settings icon on the side menu bar
- Click on Email verification under Campaign settings
- Click on the Verify email button on the right-hand side corner
- Enter your desired sender email address
- Click the Send verification code button
- Retrieve the verification code from your inbox
- Key in the verification code and click Verify
- You will receive an email with a link. Click on the link to complete the verification
- It's done!
- When the settings is approved, you will be notified by email
