Finding it hard to convert potential customers to actual sales? Send an email blast to grouped audiences to nurture potential customers and convert opportunities to sales. To send an email blast, you must make sure that you:
- Have customers in your customer database in MHub Lead
- Have created an audience group
- Verified the domain for the sender email
- Have sufficient credit (Kindly contact your administrator or Headquarters to check on this)
- Click the Campaigns icon on the side menu bar
- Click on any campaign in the list or create a new campaign
- Click on the New channel button on the right-hand side at the channels section
- Click on Email blast
- Select any of the available templates for quick creation. You may also re-design it according to your preference
- Click on the pencil icon at the top to edit the Email blast name
Step 1
- Setup your email blast
- Select audience in the first section of the setup page
- Configure email and manage how your email will look like to recipients
- From name (Type in any name you want recipients to see)
- From email (Select the email that you have verified, this will be the sender email)
- Type your email subject (Keep it short and to the point within 45 characters)
- Type your preview text (This text will appear next to the email subject in the recipients inbox)
- Save the email blast

- Confirm your email
- Have a look at the content and design in both desktop and mobile view
- Send a test and open the email using different email clients to make sure the content meets your expectations
- Set a budget (This will contribute to the campaign's total budget)
- Schedule the email blast by selecting a date and time of your choice
You may pause the email blast if you want to make changes after scheduling it. Take note that you can only edit the email more than 5 minutes before the schedule so do make the changes earlier.
Email metrics
- Scheduled - Number of emails that you scheduled to be sent out
- Sent - Number of emails that actually did send out
- Clicks - Number of clicks for all the links that was included in the email
- Opens - Number of approximate email opens (Yahoo email opens are not supported)
- Bounced - Number of approximate bounced emails (This may include email errors or system errors)
Adding links
You may add any URL to the email body/content. This includes your MHub form URL.
(eg. https://forms.stage.mhub.my/1595d8d2-2853-440a-88ec-77d9b2219888)
Copy and paste the full and complete URL and there is no URL shortening necessary.
Make sure to include "www" in your URL or our system will not be able to track the link.
Personalise
You may personalise your Email content to have a warmer message to your potential customers. Select from a choice of Full name (max 20 characters) or Preferred name (10 characters)
