Invoicing by Staff
- Click on Invoices from the left navigation panel.
- Next, click on New invoice.
- In the New invoice drawer, select the Project of your submission claims.
- The retro claims will appear in the drawer once the project is selected.
- Select all the claims by clicking on the checkboxes and click on Issue invoice.
- Click on Confirm from the Issue invoice confirmation pop-up window.
- Once the invoice is issued, the status of the invoice will change to Pending. They are now awaiting for approval from the Headquarter.
- User with Headquarter role can view the invoices from the Invoices page. Click on the dropdown button on top to filter invoices by Agency or by Staff.
Invoicing by Agency
- Click on Invoices from the left navigation panel.
- Next, click on New invoice.
- In the New invoice drawer, select the Project of your submission claims.
- The approved claims will appear in the drawer once the project is selected.
- Select all the claims by clicking on the checkboxes and click on Issue invoice.
- Click on Confirm from the Issue invoice confirmation pop-up window.
- Once the invoice is issued, the status of the invoice will change to Pending. They are now waiting for approval from the Developer.
User with the Developer Headquarter role will be able to view the issued invoice on his or her side.
- When a claim is rejected, you will be able to see the status of the claim is updated from Pending to Rejected.
- Mouseover to the Info icon next to the status to view the rejection reason. For e.g “Missing supporting documents” or “Incorrect loan amount.”
- Click on the Rejected status.
- Upload the required supporting documents or enter the correct information into the required fields.
- Click on Submit.
- The status of the claim will change to Pending.
