There are three ways or touch points that you can create a Volume commission scheme.
Scheme
- In Commission Tracker, click on Scheme from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the New scheme button.
- Select Volume Commission.
- Enter a Scheme name, e.g. Volume commission Jan - Jun 2021.
- Under Tiered commission by, select either No. of units sold or Sales value achieved.
- No. of units sold
Commission tiering structure to be based on incremental of unit sold. - Sales value achieved
Commission tiering structure to be based on incremental cumulative sales amount in MYR.
- No. of units sold
- For Reset calculation, select from these options:
- By agreement period
Calculation of commission tiering to be based on the period of appointment. - Every month/ 3 months/ 6 months
Calculation of commission tiering will reset to the lowest tier on the 1st of every month/ 3 months/ 6 months - Custom duration
Calculation of commission tiering will reset to the lowest tier based on custom duration
- By agreement period
- Click Next.
- In the Volume commission structure, enter the Base commission % rate for the first tier.
- For the second tier, enter the Performance bonus commission % rate and the no of units sold or sales value achieved within the time range selected for the Reset calculation.
- Add a new tier in between tiers if you have multi-level commission tiers.
- Click on Create button, once you are done.
Agency Agreement
- You can also create a scheme from a new agreement.
- In the Apply Scheme drawer, click on Create a new scheme.
- Follow the above steps from 3 - 10.
Staff Incentive
- You can also create a scheme from a new staff incentive.
- In the Apply Scheme drawer, click on Create a new scheme.
- Follow the above steps from 3 - 10.
