- In Commission Management, click on the Settings icon, then on the Invoice template on the left panel.
- Click on the New invoice setting button.
- In the New invoice setting drawer, select a project from the Project field. If you can’t find your project name from the dropdown list, you will need to create one on the Showroom project setting.
- Next, enter a single or multiple Person in charge, for example, Minah Daud (Finance Executive). Your entry will appear under the Attn. section in the Invoice PDF.
- Next, determine the number of approvers that will be involved in the commission approval process. You can add up to a maximum of 8 approvers. The number of approvers will determine the number of signature space included in the invoice template.
- On each approver card, select an action from the Action field.
- Click on Save to complete the setting.
