- When a claim is rejected, you will be able to see the status of the claim is updated from Pending to Rejected.
- Mouse over to the Info icon next to the status to view the rejection reason. E.g. “Missing supporting documents” or “Incorrect loan amount.”
- Click on the Rejected status.
- Upload the required supporting documents or enter the correct information into the required fields.
- Click on Submit.
- The status of the claim will change to Pending.
