- In Commission Management, click on the Commission icon, then on Staff incentives.
- Click on Add new incentive.
- In the New incentive drawer, select a project from the Project field. If you can’t find your project name from the dropdown list, you will need to create one on the Showroom project setting.
- Select an Scheme period.
- Select an Staff role.
- Enter a keyword if any.
- Click Next.
- Click on the + icon to create a new Commission scheme or select an existing scheme from the dropdown.
- If you are creating a new scheme, select either Tiered commission or Flat/ fixed commision.

- Once you have applied a scheme, click Next.
- Define the payment terms for Conventional loan/ LPPSA. For the 1st payment, select one or multiple conditions from the list of options.
- Enter a commission percentage. Click on the + icon to add a subsequent payment condition. The minimum total commission percentage must be 100% in order to proceed to the next step.
- Click Next.
- Define the payment terms for Cash buyer.
- Click Next.
- By default, Buyer Referral Scheme is turned on. If it does not apply, turn it off.
- Select a BRS Type.
- Enter a BRS Percentage (%) value.
- Select a SST Commission Type.
- Click on Preview Calculation. This is a calculation sample based on your settings.
- In the Calculation tab, enter value into the required fields to preview calculation for the Full staff commission and for the Total commission, under Invoicing amount.

- To make any changes on the agreement, you can click on Back to navigate to the section that you want to make changes on.
- Click on Create, if you have set up correctly.
Once a staff incentive is created, the commission calculation and claim processing will start running.
