PR recipient is usually the person from your Finance department who processes a payment requisition before making a payment.
Once this is set up, the recipient will be notified via email when a payment requisition is submitted and ready to be processed.
- In Commission Tracker, click on Settings icon, then on PR recipient on the left panel.
- Click on New recipient button.
- Select a Project.
- Enter a Name.
- Enter a valid Email.
- Specify a Department or Division if any on the Dept/Div field.
- Turn on Set as default if you want this recipient to receive notification for payment requisition submissions for every project.
- Click on Create.
Create one or more recipients.
