- In Commission Tracker, click on Settings icon, then on Data connection on the left panel.
- Click on New data connection button.
- In the New data connection drawer, select a project from the Project field. If you can’t find your project name from the dropdown list, you will need to create one on the Showroom project setting.
- Next, select your Data source. There are two options to select from; Excel Upload or Credit Control.
- Selecting Excel Upload will enable you to upload Excel file with data input required for commission calculation.
- If Credit Control is your selection, the system will connect and sync data from Credit Control to automate the commission calculation, real time.
- Finally, select your Sales date source.
- Depending on your commission terms, you can select either Approval date or Sales date to process your staff or agency commission.
- Sales date refers to the date when the booking is captured.
- Approval date refers to the date when the booking is confirmed and approved.
- Click on Create to complete your setting.
