Verify Existing Overriding Scheme
Step 1: Log in with HQ access.
Step 2: Navigate to: Settings > Overriding Claim > Staff > Filter by Project.
Step 3: Check if the project already has an overriding scheme assigned to the relevant team.
If Overriding Scheme Exists
Ensure the salesperson is added under the Lowest Rank:
Step 1: Select the relevant overriding scheme for the project.
Step 2: Add the salesperson’s name to the Lowest Rank section.
Step 3: Save the changes.
If No Overriding Scheme Exists
Create a new overriding scheme:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Overriding Claim.
Step 2: Click Create New Scheme.
Step 3: Fill in the details:
• Project: Select the relevant project.
• Team: Assign the team to the scheme.
• Ranks: Define ranks as per the organization structure.
Step 4: Add the salesperson’s name to the Lowest Rank.
Step 5: Save the new scheme.
