Step 1: Login to MyTax Portal https://preprod-mytax.hasil.gov.my/ to register
- This is the main landing page where you will initiate the login process.
- You should be able to see that there is a Disclaimer to mention that ‘This Site is For Testing Purposes Only’.
Step 2: Select ID Type

On the page, you will see a dropdown menu labeled Please choose ID Type.

Click on this dropdown to select the type of ID you will use to log-in.
Step 3: Enter your ID
- After selecting your ID type, locate the field labeled New Identification No.
- Enter your User ID. This is mainly your IC or other unique ID associated with you.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 4: Enter Password and Login
- Enter your password in the provided field.
- Note that this is your password to submit tax at MyTax or e-Hasil.
- Click the Login button to proceed.

If you could not remember your password, click Forgot Password.
- A reset link will be sent to your registered email with LHDN.
- Click the reset link within 2 days.
Step 5: Access MyInvois Portal [Testing Environment]
- Next, look for the menu labeled MyInvois on the top navigation bar.

Click on this dropdown menu and select preprod from the list of options.
Step 6: Accept Terms and Conditions
- You have just entered MyInvois Testing Portal
- Before proceeding, you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions.
- Read and then tick the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ checkbox
- Click the button on the bottom right Continue.
Step 7: Set Taxpayer Profile
- Next, you will be directed to create a taxpayer profile. Refer to top right section of your page which has label (2) Taxpayer Profile
- Some fields will be pre-populated based on available information.

Modify the following details (if necessary) and click Save :
- SST registration number
- Tax registration number
- Default notification language
- Notification details
- Note that some fields, such as taxpayer name and ID number, cannot be modified.
Step 8: Set User Profile
- Proceed to complete your (3) User Profile.

Some fields will be pre-populated based on available information. Modify the following details (if necessary) :
- Default Notification Language
- Notification E-mail
- Fill in the required information and click Save to complete the setup.
Step 9: Confirmation
- Once both profiles are created and saved, you will receive a confirmation page.
- This will indicate that the profiles have been successfully created.
Step 10: Switch Taxpayer
- Click on the dropdown of your profile on the top right.
- Click on “Switch Taxpayer”.
- You will be prompted to select the right company at the dropdown
- ⚠️Take note this dropdown list will appear differently for every individual.
- Select your role and company of the Property Development company to be linked up with MHub E-Invoice to LHDN and generate Client Secret Key
Step 11: Click on Register ERP
- Scroll down to Representatives section
- Click on “Register ERP”
Step 12: Key in required info
- At ERP Name, key in ‘MHub’
- Client Secret expiration is depending on your yearly subscription duration. Select ‘3 Year’ if unsure.
- Tick “Primary ERP System”
- Click “Register”
Step 13: Copy Client ID and Client Secrets
- ⚠️ Copy the Client ID and Client Secret 1 and Client Secret 2 otherwise you will need to redo Step 11.
- Paste them into your personal Notepad or Word Document for safekeeping.
- Tick ‘I confirm I have copied & saved the Client Secrets’.
- Click “Done” when it’s all completed.
Step 14: Send ID to MHub team

Pass all this information to our MHub Team who is handling your onboarding.
- Client ID
- Client Secret 1
- Client Secret 2
- Client Expiration Date
