What is an audience group?
An audience group is a group of customers. To read our definition of an MHub customer, read here. The customers in the group will be incremental as per your increasing customer database.
What is an audience group used for?
Group customers to perform the following marketing services:
- Email blast
- SMS blast
How do I set up an audience group?
Group audiences by rule configuration. Rules are set so the system will know which customers to include in the group. For example, you can group customers by certain demographics like nationality or gender. Follow the following steps below.
- Click the Campaigns icon on the side menu bar
- Click on All audience groups on the secondary navigation bar on the left
- Click on the New audience button in the top right-hand corner
- Name your audience (eg. Malaysian customers)
- Add rules. Available rules are as below
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use
- Click Create

- Added on (is/is not/is between)
- Bumiputera status (is/is not)
- Buyer type (is/is not)
- Campaign name (is/is not)
- Country (is/is not)
- Date of birth (is/is not)
- Gender (is/is not)
- Imported on (is/is not/is between)
- Imported by (is/is not/is between)
- Nationality (is/is not)
- Project name (is/is not)
- Race (is/is not)
- Source (is/is not)
- SRB registration date (is/is not/is between)
- Title (is/is not)
