Who can be assigned to this role?
User must belong to an Agency. Our Community Support will check with Property Developer if this user is a genuine Agency Leader.
What can Agency Leader access and edit?
- Agency Leader can view all bookings from their own agency
- Agency Leader can edit all their booking information / purchaser information / payment information before booking approved (Reserved Status)
- Agency Leader can make reservation
What Agency Leader can't access?
- Agency Leader cannot change status Reserved to Booked
- Agency Leader cannot edit booking information / purchaser information / payment information once the booking status is Booked
- Agency Leader cannot upgrade or edit other Agents to become Agency Leader
