After a payment has been recorded under your booking, the payment will first appear under the status of pending verification. While pending verification, it will still be editable and to avoid this you will have to verify the payment inside your Showroom Payments.
- From your Showroom homepage, click on the Payments button.
- Once inside, simply click on Approve for the payment which you wish to approve for.
- If there are certain discrepancies regarding a payment, simply click on Reject to decline the payment record.
- Rejecting an incorrect payment is very important as the value of the booking fee is changed upon the moment of when the payment has been recorded.
