- To approve or reject newly received bookings from SRB, navigate to your Bookings section inside of Showroom.
- Once you’re in your list of bookings, click on the Manage button located in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Here, not only will you be presented with the bookings from SRB, but the bookings that has been made by other users under your Showroom account.
- Clicking on the booking name will redirect you to the booking overview page where it will show all details tied to that booking.
- Once you’ve checked and verified the booking details to ensure everything is in order, simply click on the Approve button.
- Before approving the booking, you will have to provide an additional note to the agent inside the empty field to notify the agent that the booking has been approved.
- Upon clicking on Approve, the booking’s status will then be automatically set from Reserved to Booked.
- If complications were to arise with the booking, simply click on the Decline button to release the unit and set it back to the Available status.
