An opportunity represents a potential or pending sale. This includes the project name, unit number and other details about the sale.
Example: You met Jason at an event. He expressed that he is very interested in A Residence and particularly, unit A-01 as it has a great view of the pool. A Residence, A-01 becomes an opportunity.
Every opportunity can be viewed in the customer profile page. It stores the information as below.
- Opportunity name (Project and unit details)
- Opportunity stage
- New
If the opportunity is at the New stage, the salesperson is advised to follow up on the potential customer regarding their interests, book an appointment at the sales gallery or schedule other forms of interaction - Follow up
The salesperson can then update the stage to Follow up upon further interaction - Reserved
Upon follow up, if the potential customer responds, shows further interest and decides to make a reservation or booking, you can update the stage to Reserve which will then bring you to our Showroom app to make a reservation and booking.
Be sure to click the Reserve now button when the pop-up appears. - Booked
This is an auto-update that will depend on the booking status at the Showroom app.
When the booking status at Showroom app is being updated to Booked, the opportunity stage would be updated to Booked. - Won
This is an auto-update that will depend on the booking status at the Showroom app.
When the booking status at Showroom app is being updated to Sold, the opportunity stage would be updated to Won. - Lost
This is an auto-update that will depend on the booking status at the Showroom app.
When the booking status at Showroom app is being updated to Cancelled by developer, the opportunity stage would be updated to Lost.
You can also tag as lost at any time from stages - New, Follow up or Reserved. Remember to state the Lost Reason.
Lost reasons are useful insights on why you lose the sale. It can eventually be used as valuable information for future product development or other improvements.
Lost reasons are:
- Not interested (Pricing)
- Not interested (Property type)
- Not interested (Location)
- Credit check not eligible
- Loan not approved
- Opted for another project
- Cancelled by developer
- New
- Opportunity assignee
- Added on, date
- Added by, user
- Last updated on, date
