How do I cancel the SPA/LA tracker?

Home > Bookings > (Unit Number)

At any time during your SPA/LA tracking, you can always cancel the tracker to restart the progress. This feature is also useful if you wish to reassign the lawyer in charge of that purchaser.

1. Click Bookings at the Showroom homepage
2. Click on the desired unit number which you want to cancel the tracker in
3. Scroll down to the Lawyer section
4. Click on the Status drop down menu either under the SPA tracker or the LA tracker
5. Click Developer Cancelled to disable the tracker
