Certain steps during the tracker will require you to update the status of the tracker to be able to progress to the next step.
It's important to take note that the LA tracker can only be updated by the lawyer on their respective app.
- Click Bookings at the Showroom homepage
- Click on the desired unit number which already has a lawyer assigned to
- Scroll down to the Lawyer section
- Click on the Status drop down menu under the SPA tracker
- Select the next status for the tracker under the drop down menu
