After logging on to MHub, click the dropdown menu at the top of the screen and click Loan Tracker
Click Leads to see more information on the individual cases You can export an excel file of the data and also use the filter function to view desired categories
Click on the specific name/case that you would like to view
On the left, view the status of the assigned bankers
If they have updated the loan status, the status bar will be in different colours New means that they have not responded to the case Yellow: Pending, Documents Submitted Green: Loan Approved, Loan Issued Red: Loan Rejected, Customer Cancelled
