How do I create multiple pricing for units (Package Pricing)?

Leave as disabled if you do not want to use this function.

• Package Pricing is set up for units with special discounts or packages
• Example of usage:
  Bumi Discount
  Package Discount
  International Pricing Package

There are 2 types of Package Pricing

• Fixed Package Pricing: Fixed % or value that will be deducted or added to every unit's SPA value in a project
• Custom Package Pricing: Input your own custom SPA value for each unit in a project

Projects > (Project Name) > Overview > Edit > Package Pricing

Fixed Package Pricing

• Use formula
• Minus or Add by percentage (Example: SPA VALUE - 10%)
  Minus or Add by value (Example: SPA VALUE + RM10,000)

1. Click Projects at the Showroom homepage
2. Click on the specific project you would like to use this function on
3. Click Edit at the top right-hand side
4. Click Package Pricing at the side menu
5. Click Add Package to set a new tier pricing (Note: Default will be empty)
6. Key in Package Name, Description and Formula, Click Save
   (Refer to sample below for Bumi Discount 7%)
   (Click ? for tips about the formula)
   
7. The formula and named keyed into a row in the previous step will then be saved under Package Pricing Settings as an option be the default selection for the booking form
   (If Disabled is selected as the default option, the unit price will follow the base SPA value)

After setting up the tier pricing formula in your project settings, you'll have to apply it to applicable units for the changes to be reflected

1. Click Projects at the Showroom homepage
2. Click on the specific project you would like to apply the tier pricing in
3. Click Units near the top menu bar
4. Click Manage at the top right-hand side, click Edit
5. Select the units you'd like to apply the tier pricing to
6. Click Edit on the top left-hand side
7. Select Package Pricing in the drop down menu
8. Click Add Package and select the Package Name you'd like to apply
9. Click Apply & Close
10. You can see the Tier Pricing name applied to the units on the last column on the right. To start the calculation and save, click Update on the top right-hand side

Custom Package Pricing

• Import different unit SPA values 

1. Click Projects at the Showroom homepage
2. Click on the specific project you would like to apply this tier pricing in
3. Click Units near the top menu bar
4. Click Manage at the top right-hand side, click Import Package Pricings
5. Click any of the excel files found under Imports History to download and edit them accordingly
6. Save the edited excel file somewhere you can locate it
7. Click Browse File and select the edited excel sheet
8. Click Upload
