There are two possibilities;
- The first possibility is that your property developer client has not yet assigned the cases to you.
Rest assured that you will be notified via email when the developer assigns cases to you. Only cases assigned by the developer (through their Showroom App) to you will appear in your Lawyer App. In other words, if they have not assigned the cases to you, you will not be able to view them and will not be notified via email.
If this happens, you may ask your developer if they can assign cases. Being a digital platform, MHub does interfere with our clients' daily operations, both developers and lawyers.
For clarification, "assigning cases" can be understood as the developer sending instructions to you, and "cases" means the property units in a real estate development. - The second possibility is that the cases may have been assigned to your colleague in the same firm.
Every firm may have up to five or even ten users (or emails) to log in. When the developer assigns a case to their panel law firms, it has to go to one of the many emails in the same firm.
For example, the firm Specter Litt has three users/emails.
a. harvey(at)specterlitt(dot)com
b. Louis(at)specterlitt(dot)com
c. general(at)specterlitt(dot)com
The developer assigns unit 'A-01-03, Project Sunrise' to Harvey (at)specterlitt(dot)com. The user logs in using Louis (at)specterlitt(dot)com and did not find unit 'A-01-03, Project Sunrise' under 'My SPA Cases' or 'My LA Cases'.
In this example, the user using Louis (at)specterlitt(dot)com will be able to find the said unit in 'Overall Cases'. On the other hand, the user using Harvey(at)specterlitt(dot)com will be able to find the case in 'My SPA Cases.'
