Your developer will communicate details of SOP during the Vacant Possession period to homeowners. Typically, once you receive the VP notice from the developer, there are a few things you need to do:
- Advance payment or any outstanding amount to the developer
- Your loan must be fully disbursed to the developer account
The duration or period for the loan disbursement varies. You can go ahead and check with your respective bank.
Once both steps mentioned above are cleared, please allow a few days' buffers before making an appointment via the Marvis App.
To make a VP appointment via the Marvis app, please refer steps below:
- Login into your Marvis app account
- On the home screen, click VP button > Appointment > select your preferred date & time available on the screen > select owner or representative > click Book button to confirm
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email with the developer.
